All models are guaranteed to pass the technical requirements set forth by UplandMe Inc.  However, Upland reserves the right to decline approval of any content for any reason.  No refunds will be issued for work that has been completed and submitted to Upland for approval.  A reasonable amount of effort will be awarded to modify a completed model in the event that the original work is not approved for production by Upland.  This will be at the Artist's discretion and limited to the corrections requested or modification of the reasons for denial by Upland.

Your purchase of any "pre-made" or custom artworks and/or products constitutes granted exclusive non-sublicensable & non-transferable license for your commercial use specifically within the UplandMe Inc. platform.  Copying, reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or distributing any artworks and/or products, whether modified or unmodified, to any other third party is strictly prohibited.  

"Purchaser" assumes all terms and conditions associated with submitting "UGC Content" in the UplandMe Inc. platform.  It is the "Purchaser's" responsibility to understand and obtain any information regarding UplandMe Inc. terms and conditions.

The original "Artist" retains the right to use artworks and/or products for non-commercial promotional use such as but not limited to: artist portfolios, design examples, artist promotion.
